TERMS OF PAYMENT FOR NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKINGS

Online payment regulations of Capital Apartments Warszawa Sp. z o. o. NIP: 525-293-56-84  REGON: 523942310, hereinafter referred to as Capital Apartments Warszawa Sp. z o. o.

Payment for non-refundable bookings can be made:

1. via the Przelewy24.pl website

2. Via PayPal

3. After making a non-refundable reservation, the Guest is redirected to the Przelewy24 system. If the payment is not made within 10 minutes, the reservation is cancelled.

4. A non-refundable booking is a booking that cannot be canceled.

5. In exceptional situations, such as a failure in the building in which the Apartment is located or in the Apartment itself, Capital Apartments Warszawa Sp. z o. o. reserves the right to exchange the Apartment for the same or a higher standard Apartment for the same or lower price, located in the same or different location, and in the absence of free Apartments to cancel the reservation.

6. In the event of force majeure, Capital Apartments Warszawa Sp. z o. o. is entitled to withdraw from the rental agreement. This right covers situations where Capital Apartments Warszawa Sp. z o. o. through no fault of its own, will not be able to ensure the safety of Guests or their property.

TERMS OF PAYMENT Payments for reservations can be made:

1. in cash at the office of Capital Apartments Warszawa Sp. z o. o. on the day of arrival when collecting the keys;

2. by transfer to the bank account of Capital Apartments Warszawa Sp. z o. o. no later than 72 hours before the start of the hotel day on the day of stay. The payment must be credited to the bank account of Capital Apartments Warszawa Sp. z o. o. until the start of your stay.

5. by card at the office of Capital Apartments Warszawa Sp. z o. o. or remotely via the MOTO system (Mail Order Telephone Order).

6. After making a non-refundable reservation, the Guest is redirected to the Przelewy24 system. If the payment is not made within 10 minutes, the reservation is cancelled.

7. In the case of long-term stays, bookings made at least 10 days in advance or booking more than one Apartment, Capital Apartments Warszawa Sp. z o. o. takes an advance payment of 50% of the booking value.

8. At the request of Guests, Capital Apartments Warszawa Sp. z o. o. issues VAT invoices. The guest is obliged to inform the office employee about the need to issue an invoice when making a reservation or payment. In other cases, the confirmation of payment will be a fiscal receipt

9. In exceptional situations, such as a failure in the building in which the Apartment is located or in the Apartment itself, Capital Apartments Warszawa Sp. z o. o. reserves the right to exchange the Apartment for the same or a higher standard Apartment for the same or lower price, located in the same or different location, and in the absence of free Apartments to cancel the reservation.

10. In the event of force majeure, Capital Apartments Warszawa Sp. z o. o. is entitled to withdraw from the rental agreement. This right covers situations where Capital Apartments Warszawa Sp. z o. o. through no fault of its own, will not be able to ensure the safety of Guests or their property.

11. In the event of withdrawal from the rental agreement submitted by e-mail to the address info@capitalapart.pl in the situations referred to in sec. 2 above, the amount paid so far by the Guest will be immediately returned, with Capital Apartments Warszawa Sp. z o. o. will be entitled to deduct the amount due for the stay in the Apartment used so far.

12. Any complaints regarding online payments can be sent to the correspondence address of Capital Apartments Warszawa Sp. z o.o., 00-199 Warsaw, ul. Pokorna 2 lok u15a or via the e-mail address info@capitalapart.pl. Complaints will be considered within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
